“We could ask a lot of questions. That’s what I liked most. I’ll never forget that special lesson!” – Emma, 3DE
“On Monday 15th April, I came from Manchester, England to visit the Gymnasium Freistadt. I had not been back there since 2006 when I was the English Teaching Assistant. To my surprise, everything looked just the same – including some of the teachers! It was a joy to return to my old classrooms and talk to the students about life in England. They asked many great questions. The school is just as I remember it: friendly and relaxed but with a high academic standard. It was so wonderful to be back. Thank you for having me, and keep up the great work!” – Catherine

“Today we had a really unique English lesson: Catherine from England, who used to be a teaching assistant at our school, and her friend Jacqui from Australia joined us. We talked a lot about friendship and Jacqui gave us some interesting information about wombats, koalas and kookaburras. At the end of the lesson, Catherine offered us some delicious English chocolate, which was just marvellous! Talking to natives was a very cool experience and we, 3DE, will certainly never forget this day.” – Tessa, 3DE
